In order to maintain a minimum level of university functions, all of the students are permitted to enter the following facilities with some conditions.

●QREC Studio１（Room 5722）／ QREC Studio 2（Room 5724）　9:00～17:00
*Only the students who have permission.
   Please book the room in advance.

◆Center Zone 6, 2nd floor

●BasE（Room 204）

*Please install “COVID-19 Contact-Confirming Application (COCOA)”
(Not allowed if you have any contact with patients within 14 days)
*Please take your body temperature before you enter the studio
(All members)

①Please wear a mask all the time

②Please open the windows and ventilate the room during your activities

③Please Keep a distance from each other in the room during your activities

⑤please wash and disinfect your hands before you enter the studio

⑥Please do not eat or drink in the room

*We will ventilate and disinfect the studio every time students using facilities

Those facilities are open from Friday, October 1st.

*It might be changed depending on the numbers of the restriction level.
