■Please confirm the period of registration by the portal website system of Kyusyu University.

●In the case of overlapping the course schedules and even if you could register them by the portable website system, you are not to be registered for the duplicative courses (the credits will not be approved).
●In case your current courses overlapped with the intensive courses you wish to take, you are not allowed to take the intensive courses.
●Under the professor’s permission, you are allowed to attend classes other than the classes you have taken before.
●It takes time for registered classes to be reflected on the portable website system when you register from HP of QREC. Please note that you are unable to confirm by the portable website system right after the registration.

●In the situation of coronavirus, the starting date may be changed. Please check the HP of QREC regarding the QREC’s courses frequently.

※For Graduates, if you are to take the KIKAN education subjects, the approving credits may vary depending on each department so please check with Student Affairs and Information Section in your department in advance.

Other Notes

◆Accreditation/Approving credits may vary depending on each department.
◆For those who enrolled before the year of 2013 (H.25), you are to register the KIKAN Education for General Subjects, KIKAN Education Subjects for Graduate Students for the subjects then the subjects will be replaced with the General Subjects when approving the credits. Therefore, the titles of courses may differ from the time of registration to the time of approving the credits.
