1. Duration<\/strong> :\u00a0 August 19th (Sun) – August 31st (Fri), 2018<\/span>
\n \u3000All participants Program<\/span><\/span>
\n \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u30fb August 19th (Sun) 15:00, Kick off seminar \/ Ice break, for all participants<\/span>
\n \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u30fb August 31st (Fri) 15: 00 ~ 17: 30,\u00a0 Final presentation by each team, and review<\/span>
\n \u00a0\u00a0Team program<\/span><\/span>
\n \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \uff65 August 20th(Mon) \uff5eAugust 31st(Fri) Morning :\u00a0 Field work at each companies \/ institutions<\/span>
\n \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 *the weekend of August 25th (Sat) and 26th (Sun), is free time<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Venue:<\/strong><\/span>
\n All participants Program<\/span>:\u3000 Kyushu University Campus (separately contact the participants)<\/span>
\n Team Program<\/span> : \u3000\u00a0Basically, the place assigned by the participating company \/ institution<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Recruit-able Universities:\u00a0<\/strong> IDEA consortium universities of EDGE-NEXT <\/span>
\n \u3000Japanese\u3000Universities<\/span> : Kyushu University, Ritsumeikan University, Nara Advanced Institute of Science and Technology(NAIST),Oosaka Prefecture University(OPU), Hiroshima University,\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ritsumaikan Asia-Pacific University (APU) <\/span>
\n \u00a0 Overseas Universities<\/span> : \u00a0Aalto University \u2018Finland), Chalmers University of Technology (CUT: Sweden), Gothenburg University (Sweden), Chulalongkorn University (Thailand), Royal University of Phnom Penh (Cambodia)<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Capacity for recruitment<\/strong> : \u3000<\/span>
\n Maximum 8 students from Kyushu University\u00a0\u00a0(Maximum 35 students in totaly)<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Program outline<\/strong> :\u3000<\/span>
\n \u00a0\u30fbThis a typical Project-Based Learning (PBL) Program.<\/span>
\n \u30fbThe student need to join a team keeping diversity, for example, forming by different nationality, different university and different major.<\/span>
\n \u30fbEach students team visits the startups or institution which have kept Venture spirits and entrepreneurial mind set, An important issue related to the management for the organizations was showed to each teams. The team need to prepare the solution for the problem for about 10 days. On the final day, the team must do presentation to the entrepreneurs and\/or managers of the organizations.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Application procedure<\/strong> \uff1a<\/span>
\n \u3000Applicants apply on the website of Robert Huang \/ Entrepreneurship Center of Kyushu University (QREC) below.<\/span>
\n \u00a0 If the number of applicants exceeds the maximum number, it may be selected by interview etc. In that case, the QREC will consider the following points: the suitability of candidate’s skill with the desired company, Course status of QREC subjects, Balance of team diversity.<\/span><\/p>\n

7. Application deadline<\/strong> :\u00a0 Tuesday, July 31th, 2018<\/span> <\/strong><\/span><\/span>\uff1aMust be applyed to QREC<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

8\uff0eTeam formation:<\/strong> <\/span>
\n \u30fbIn principle, the teams was forming with keeping diversity, by nationalities, belonging universities and majors. Depending on the number of participants, one team consists of four to five students.<\/span>
\n \u30fbParticipants can request own participating organization. However, we prioritize keeping diversity rather than participants’ request for team formation<\/span><\/p>\n

9. Language<\/strong>:\u00a0 Basically, English <\/span>
\n (For the participants, of international students and from overseas cooperation universities)<\/span><\/p>\n

10\uff0eAccommodation<\/strong>\uff1a\u3000Lodging in the following hostel for PBL in camp style<\/span>
\n \u3000\u3000Hostel & Bar\u300e\u53e4\u9580\u6238common de\u300f(already 30 beds reserved)<\/span>
\n \u3000\u30007-13, Komondomachi, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka, 812-0029, Japan.<\/span>
\n \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u203b\u30003 Dormitory type, one of which is for women only, Self-catering is possible, with an\u00a0 electromagnetic cooker, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, knives, dishes, glasses and cups in each dormitory. With Shower booth and toilet also. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

11\uff0eNecessary expenses\u3000<\/strong>\uff1a<\/span>
\n Meals, participation fee of J\uffe58,000 (including banquet fee)<\/span>
\n \u203b Please ask the person in charge at each university for the necessary expenses.<\/span><\/p>\n

12. Required Documents<\/strong>: Participants must submit the following documents through each university<\/span>
\n \u2460 Basic information<\/span>: Name, affiliation, major, contact (TEL), e-mail, desired company \/ organization<\/span>, Whether or not to get the credits of “QREC internship”<\/span> self-portrait photo<\/span>
\n \u2461 Self-introduction<\/span>: self-introduction, retained skills \/ feats, motivation for participation, future career prospects etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

13.\u00a0 Acquisition of the Credits:<\/strong> <\/span>
\n By this program, the students, who need to be selected, can get the credits of “QREC Internship”.<\/span>
\n \u00a0If participation is approved,<\/span>
\n \u2460 Course registration: To register for “QREC internship” from the QREC web page.<\/strong><\/span>
\n\u2461 Procedure: According to the syllabus, it is necessary to prepare predetermined documents.<\/strong>
\n<\/span>\u2462 Grade evaluation: According to the syllabus, evaluate the results based on the submission of prescribed reports etc.<\/strong><\/span>
