href=\"https:\/\/qrec.kyushu-u.ac.jp\/en\/trial\/sip\/c-and-c\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Challenge &amp; Creation (C&amp;C) <\/a> program, and a two-stage selection process was held on Saturday, May 17 at the Daihakata Building for the first and second rounds of screening. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cfFirst round: Application form + 2-minute presentation (no Q&amp;A)<br>\u25cfSecond round (those who passed the first round): 3-minute presentation + Q&amp;A session<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eight projects were selected by a panel of six judges, including five external judges, based on their \u00a1\u00a1)Originality, \u00a1\u00a1)Concreteness, \u00a1\u00a1)Impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The selected teams will use the grant of up to 500,000 yen to work on social implementation of their ideas and deepening their research over a period of about one year.<br>The final results will be reviewed at a results reporting session, and particularly outstanding projects will receive an award from the President in March of next year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We hope that your challenges at C&amp;C will develop into initiatives that bring new perspectives and value to society.<br>Please work independently and flexibly toward the realization of your respective visions for
