If you do not fall into the above categories and wish to use the workshop, please download the following file, fill it out and submit it.<\/p>\n\n

Those who wish to use the workshop must take a safety course.
<\/div>\n\n\n- Students are required to have Insurance for Student Education and Research (Gakkensai) and the Liability Insurance for Gakkensai (Incidental Liability Insurance)<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Students who have taken \u201cPrototyping I\u201d (formerly \u201cDigital Fabrication Tutorial\u201d prior to the 2025 academic year) are not required to attend the safety training session.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\n\n
Documents to be submitted<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n- Photocopy of student ID card (both sides)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Copies of documents related to Gakkensai and Gakkensai insurance subscription<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\n\n
(2) Make a reservation to use the workshop.<\/h4>\n\n
Reservations for the use of the workshop must be made at least one day prior to the planned date of use.<\/mark>\n- If the previous day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the deadline is the weekday immediately before.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
