QREC second semester intensive course
“Global PBL Program”
Joint course with Department of industrial design school of Design Course
“Global Design Project”

This course will be held in PBL style in collaboration with Aalto University in Finland.
Utilizing the design thinking approach, we will explore concrete solutions to social issues. Although you won’t be sharing the physical class room, considering and discussing the solutions together with oversea students will enhance your understanding on society, international sensibility, and problem solving skills. The course is comprised of about 10 lectures and workshop-based seminars. At the end of the semester, an evaluation will be conducted based on the presentation you will give (planned to be held at Aalto University *1).
*1：The cost will be party funded.

The course will be held mainly on the weekends from October, 2017 to March, 2018.

The Orientation has finished already.

The first lecture is to be held in October 28^th, Saturday.

The course is planned to be held at Ohashi Campus.

English communication is a pre-requisite for this course.
