Open House
Open House Information
Every Tuesday, we open the QREC facility “BasE,” located on the 2nd floor of Center Building 6 on the Ito Campus.
While this facility is normally available to students selected for the S.I.P. program, QREC Premium Members, and members of the Kyusoukai, during Open House hours, any Kyushu University student is welcome to use it freely.
You can use the space not only for gathering friends, holding meetings, and studying, but also for taking a break between classes or simply socializing. Please feel free to stop by with your friends.
Additionally, QREC faculty members are always on-site, so if you have any ideas, questions about your activities, or anything else you’d like to discuss, please don’t hesitate to ask.
We hope this will become a place where many students can gather and connect.

Schedule a Consultation
We also accept consultations with QREC faculty members. While appointments are preferred, walk-ins are welcome if there are openings on the day of your visit.
About Scheduling Consultations
- Consultation Time: 15 minutes per slot (You can book up to two consecutive slots.)
- Reservation Deadline: By 3:00 p.m. on the day before your desired consultation date
- How to Make a Reservation: Please check availability under “Event Schedule & Consultation Availability” and make your reservation using the form below.
The schedule also lists the themes for each open house event. We welcome consultations regarding these themes, as well as any other topics, so please feel free to contact us.
