For those who wish to donate to QREC

QREC accepts donations from corporations and individuals to cover the costs of the following two programs, which are supported by a large number of donors.
Donations will be used in accordance with the purpose of the donation based on the University’s regulations and other rules, after the donors agree with the purpose and initiatives of each project.

Kyushu University Fund “Support for Students’ Initiative for Entrepreneurship (S.I.P.)” Project

Support for Students’ Initiative for Entrepreneurship (hereinafter referred to as S.I.P.) is a program that supports students’ ”I want to do this!” based on their own awareness of social issues (or issues). QREC provides students with the opportunity to make use of the knowledge they have learned in their undergraduate or graduate school and give form to their ideas in a more practical setting.

Fund Overview

Students will receive the following support if they are selected for the S.I.P. Donations received will be used to cover the costs of operating the project for this purpose.

  • Grants of up to 100,000-500,000 yen per project (depending on the project)
  • Access to QREC’s facilities and workshops for meetings with team members, work, etc.
  • Mentoring from QREC faculty
  • Opportunities to interact with students from different faculties and departments
  • Advice from external judges (VCs, entrepreneurs, etc.), etc.

Deduction for Donations

In addition to the regular income tax deduction for contributions to the Fund, you may also choose to receive a tax credit, which provides a larger tax reduction for small donations.

Kyushu University Fund “Next Generation Entrepreneurship Development Fund” Project.

This program supports the promotion of advanced and systematic education to foster the next generation of entrepreneurs.
We provide entrepreneurship-related education to the entire university, which is necessary to nurture leaders who actively take on the challenge of creating new value in all areas of society.

Fund Overview

QREC educational programs are systematized in such a way that students can gain more practical experience with the knowledge they have learned by stepping up from basic to applied to practical. In this fund, QREC will mainly use the program to enhance practical programs where students learn how to realize ideas and technologies as tangible values in the real world.
