9:00pm Teams start forming and discussing ideas & Begin Work
June 3, Sat.
9:00am Arrive, simple breakfast & coffee
9:30am Teams formed and setting up workspace for the weekend
12:00pm Lunch
2:00pm Call for needs & skills
3:00pm Coachs help teams one-on-one. The are here to help!
6:00pm Dinner
9:00pm Wrap-up Finished for the day. You may stay and work as late as the venue will allow

3:00pm Presentation Prep & Tech Check Final hours of worktime should be focused on perfecting your presentation, tech-check for final presentations also takes place
