FY 2026 Change & Creation (C&C) Midterm Report Meeting
On Saturday, October 31, we held the Change & Creation (C&C) Midterm Report Session.
To provide an opportunity to introduce the “Change & Creation (C&C)” initiative—which is being carried out with support from the Kyushu University Foundation—to a wider audience, we held an interim report session as part of the Kyushu University Academic Festival & Homecoming Day 2026, and members of the general public were also invited to attend.
Each team gave a presentation on the progress and results of their projects to date, as well as their future prospects. In addition to the mentors for each team, external judges also participated, and during the Q&A session, they offered a variety of opinions and advice from a professional perspective. The presentations also provided an opportunity for the students to deepen their understanding of and interest in each other’s projects.
This fiscal year, we held “C&C Boost” in June as an opportunity for each team to further develop their projects. Focusing on prototyping, hypothesis testing, and interviewing potential customers, we learned practical insights from guest speakers. In addition, we held progress reports in July and October to provide each team with an opportunity to share their activities and challenges.
We plan to hold a results presentation on Monday, February 15, 2027. The Grand Prize and Excellence Awards will be determined based on evaluations by QREC faculty members and external judges. We invite you to stay tuned to see what results each team achieves through their projects.
